Ingredients
1 Pack of bacon
1 Pack of breakfast sausage
4 jalapenos
2 to 4 Eggs
1 Can of brown gravy
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Package of Hash brown sticks
1 Cup of cheese curds/Mozzarella cubes
1 Cup of shredded triple cheddar
2 to 4 Tbsp of butter
Tools
1 Chef knife
1 Cutting board
2 Frying pans
1 8" or 10" Collapsible cake pan/Oven safe ceramic bowl
1 Wooden spoon/ Slotted spoon
1 Oven tray
Parchment paper
Step 1
Line an oven tray with parchment paper and bake hash brown sticks at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Step 2
Cut bacon and sausage into bits and cook In a frying pan for 10 minutes until both meats are cooked.
Step 3
In a small sauce pan add 1 can of brown gravy and 2 Tbsp of maple syrup then bring to a boil and reduce heat until gravy thickens.
Step 4
In a Collapsible cake pan or oven safe bowl begin to layer hash brown sticks, sausage, bacon, cheese curds, shredded cheese and jalapenos, repeat the same order of ingredients for the second layer then bake in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 18 minutes.
Step 5
Butter up a frying pan and crack 2 to 4 eggs making sure they stick together and combine. Cook the eggs sunny-side up or well done.
