Gross Guy aka Adam aka Darth Sand has fused together Korean Cuisine with Mexican to make the Bibimbap Burrito!
Ingredients
3 to 6 Thin cut sandwich steaks
1 Cup of shredded carrots
1 Cup of bean sprouts
1 Cup of fresh baby spinach
1 Cup of mushrooms
1 Pack of bacon
4 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Cups of rice
1 Cup of bulgogi sauce
1/2 Cup garlic chili
2 to 4 flour tortillas
Tools
1 Chef knife
1 Cutting board
2 Frying pans
1 Small sauce pan
Step 1
Cut steak and bacon into thin strips then fry in a pan on medium heat with 1/2 a cup of bulgogi sauce for 5 to 10 minutes until cooked. Once meat is cooked de-grease and add the other 1/2 cup of bulgogi sauce and let simmer.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan on medium heat then add 2 Tbsp of minced garlic and 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil and saute for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small sauce pan then add 2 cups of rice reduce heat and cover with a lid and let cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4 build
Lay down a tortilla then add rice, baby spinach, bean sprout, Shredded carrots, enoki mushrooms, bulgogi beef and bacon then top with Sriracha mayo and fold into a burrito. Heat up a frying pan then fry burrito for 2 minutes on each side.
