Mac & Cheese Crab Balls - Handle it ─ Epic Meal Time

Ingredients
1/4 Cup of milk
1 Small brick of Velveeta
2 to 3 Cups of elbow noodles
8 to 10 Crab legs (raw)

For Mac and cheese mixture
1/4 Cup of shredded cheese
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of bread crumbs
1/2 Cup of flour

Dredging station
1/2 Cup of flour
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
3 Eggs

Sweet heat dipping sauce
1/4 cup of garlic chili
2 Tbsp of honey
2 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tsp of sesame oil
1/4 cup of brown sugar

Vegetable oil for deep fry

Tools
2 Small sauce pans
2 Large pots
1 Steamer
1 Fork for deshelling
3 Mixing bowls
1 Metal slotted spoon
1 Wooden spoon/Slotted spoon
1 Cake spatula

Step 1
Warm 1/4 cup of milk then add Velveeta cheese and stir constantly until cheese is melted. Cook your noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 2
Break crab legs in to smaller pieces to fit in the steamer then place steamer in a pot of boiling water and cook with the lid on for 16 to 20 minutes. Once the crab legs are cooked remove the meat from the shell using a fork or your hands.

Step 3
In a mixing bowl add Mac and cheese, crab meat,1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of flour and mix well until thick.

Step 4
Begin to form small balls with mac and cheese mixture then dip in egg wash and coat in flour then cover in bread crumbs. Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and deep fry mac and crab bites for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5
In a small sauce pan add 1/4 cup of garlic chili, 2 Tbsp honey, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tsp sesame oil, 1/4 cup of brown sugar mix well then reduce on medium heat until sauce thickens.
