This week, Lemme Kno teaches you how to make Porky Pops, a very nice pork snack that is served on a stick!
Ingredients
1 Pack of bacon
4 Pork chops no bone
1 Cup of cream cheese
1 Stalk of green onions
Salt and pepper to season
Tools
1 Frying pan
1 Mallet
1 Cutting board
1 Chef knife
1 Wooden spoon
1 mixing bowl
1 Masher
1 Pair of tongs
Parchment paper
Skewers
Step 1
Cut half the pack of bacon into bits then cook in a frying pan on medium heat until cooked.
Step 2
Wrap pork chops in parchment paper and terderize with a mallet until thin.
Step 3
Cut green onions into bits and mix with 1 cup of cream and bacon bits.
Step 4
Take a spoonful of cream cheese mixture and place in the center of the pork chop then begin to roll it tightly. Lay a strip of bacon down and begin to wrap the pork chop with it.
Step 5
Cook pork chops on a frying on medium to high heat for 10 to 15 minutes until fully cooked. Once cooked put on Skewer and serve.
