RC ADVENTURES - FPV Setup - TRAXXAS TRX4 - GoPro HERO DVR / Fat Shark / ImmersionRC ─ RCSparks Studio

I have had so many questions all year about FPV - so today, I figured I would show what I use. First Person View.. it is all the rage in the hobby world.. and my first time I used a GoPro for First Person view was back in 2013, on my "Black Widow". Also, I have done films on an FPV summit - or ground rover where I did the same kind of setup. By no means is my method the "best" way.. but it certainly does work! Technology has come a long way.. and as long as you understand the basics of what i showed you today - then you can record and have a great FPV experience with your RC's as well. Its really a "go anywhere" system. It can be transferred from RC to RC.. Water, Land, or Air.

This is a simple setup for me.. and one I have always enjoyed. I will hunt for a camera cable for the GoPro Session, so I can get a Gimble and Head Tracker setup.. This will really assist in seeing where my tires are being placed.. and being able to understand my surroundings better!

What a CRAZY EXPERiNCE this is! Being able to be behind the wheel of your RC is simply a rush.. and I look forward to demonstrating more of this kind of fun in the future. FPV really is the "next step" in RC that is proving to be catching on like wild fire - and not only with the Drones. The possibilities are endless! Can you imagine entire competitions dedicated to onboard RC FPV Trucks?! It would almost be a "scaled down reality" to driving full scale.. What an immersive experience it is.. and I can see great potential for this type of FPV to work its way into all different scales of modelling and RC.
