Handle It - French Toast Cookies ─ Epic Meal Time

Ingredients
1 Box of french toast crunch cereal

Cookie butter
First mixture
3/4 cup of sugar,
3/4 cup of brown sugar,
1 egg,
1 cup of softened butter,
1 Tsp vanilla extract.
Second mixture
2 cups of blended cereal,
1/4 cup flour,
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp salt

French toast mixture
3 eggs
1 Tbsp of cinnamon

1/2 Cup Powdered sugar
1/2 Cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp butter

Tools
1 Food processor
3 Mixing bowls
1 Frying pan
1 Spatula
1 Cookie tray
Parchment paper

Step 1
Blend french toast cereal until it becomes a fine powder use your hands or food processor. You will need 2 cups of blended cereal

Step 2
In a mixing bowl add 3/4 cup of sugar, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 cup of softened butter, 1 Tsp vanilla extract. In a separate bowl mix in 2 cups of blended cereal, 1/4 cup flour, 1 Tsp baking powder and 1 Tsp salt and combine both mixtures until a dough forms.

Step 3
Grease a tray lined with parchment paper and place a Tbsp of cookie dough 3 inches apart from each other then bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 minute each side or less until lightly brown. Once cookies are baked refrigerate until hard.

Step 4
In a mixing bowl add 3 eggs and 1 Tbsp of cinnamon then mix well. Heat a pan with butter then dip cookie in egg wash and pan fry the cookie for 30 seconds each side.

Step 5
Garnish with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
