Episode 2 of the Road to 500lb Bench is here. The workout I did was as follows.

➢4 Warm-up sets on Pec Fly Machine
➢8 (yes EIGHT) sets of Floor Press Drop Sets (adjust weight as needed)
➢6 Sets of Close Grip Bench (Free or Smith)
➢6 Sets of Dips (Free or Machine)

24 Sets total with reps going to failure or till 8. When going for strength I make sure that I have one exercise that def tears the muscle and the rest tear it a bit more. Floor presses with the drop did it for me. There will be lots of hard gym workouts (bodybuilding, strength, powerlifting and more), lots of chest exercise struggles, but then again, what fun would it be if all of this was easy!
