RC ADVENTURES - Advantage: How can "Exponential" & "Servo Speed", Help You. ─ RCSparks Studio

Helpful Tip and Trick - Know SOME of your Radio. Want some Help?! Post a comment. Here is my selection of the day. What is Exponential? What is Servo Speed? Most of us are intimidated by our transmitter menu options. Let me shed some light on a few of them.

Exponential - in my opinion - is a trigger/throttle input setting. The higher the Exponential Setting - the more Throttle Input is required to get the model moving. Advantage: When Trailing/Crawling you can have precise movement in the front/rear steering for tire placement on the best line possible for your driving style.

Servo Speed: The speed at which your servo moves.
In my Transmitter (Radio), I have the ability to change my transmitter input for my onboard model servos. For example - Steering Servo Speed. A lot fo times I get RC modellers / scale enthusiasts ask me how I get my steering servo to look "super slow" in "super scale" competitions. - My Answer - Servo Speed. The LOWER your servo speed (varying speeds depending on voltage input & servo manufacturer) the SLOWER your servo speed will be. I keep the same strength of torque in my servo - but slow the speed to a more realistic Full Size steering pump.

These two inputs on your radio are very important - yet VERY EASY TO USE! The Radio in your Hand in More Powerful than you Know!

I hope you find this video helpful :)
