❤ Ok if you're still here, love you. 
I just want to get some things off my chest.  I know I haven't been posting as much lately, and to be completely honest my anxiety has been PEAKED.  I'm tired of finding ways to address the late uploads and spinning myself into a web of worry that any of you will think it's stemming from a lack of care, love or effort.  
Unrelated to my age, I think I'm going through a pocket of time where I want to make sure that I have something to say before I say it (thank you A Star Is Born) and it can be so easy to keep posting fluff on the internet just to stay relevant or up with the "game" of social media. 
As much as I fall into these loop holes, what I really want to stand for and truly believe is that we should love ourselves and our lives as they come, including every ebb and flow.  I'm trying to do all with love but when I'm rushing or worrying through my every action, the outcome is always something I don't stand for and can't fathom posting.  
I'm doing my best to rebalance my work and personal life and I am so so thankful for the grace and patience to do so.  I only ever want to share and spread love with y'all so when I'm anxious af, it's hard for me to put my happy face on and fake it.  I know I'm layering on way too much pressure, and I'm hitting the release valve in Iceland as we speak.  I'm so excited to share all the things I have planned this year and just want anyone reading this to know, lives may look perfect online but offline, we're all just trying to figure out how to breathe, beast and be simultaneously.  
If you're anxiety is getting in the way of doing the things you love, or if it's keeping you from being yourself just take a deep breath.  You've got it more figured out than you think, just give yourself some time ❤
