My running routine:
MONDAY - 5-7km Run
WEDNESDAY - 6-10km Run
FRIDAY - 5-7km Run
I usually take Thursday's and Saturday's for an hour of yoga to help keep from getting injured and to tone up targeted muscles or areas of tension!
Each week, I'm going to challenge myself to see if I can up a km -- let me know the best way to track + share if you guys want updates!
