This is my 1/10th scale (more like 1/8th scale) TRAXXAS SUMMIT! This is a hybrid of Brasher and Crawler combined.. and I have done MANY VIDEOS with this beauty! I love to rock crawl with it, and at the same time RIP down the trails! I have upgraded a lot on this truck in the last 8 YEARS! Today, I get to install new LEM Machining aluminum Diff Cups and hardened gears (7075 Aluminum Differential ) . I also install the V2 Transmission Dog Carrier that is also made of Aluminum 7075 that removes 90% of the movement that the stock transmission has. It is exceptionally important when running brushless motors in the Traxxas Summit that these upgrades are completed. You can risk it with out them.. but you will soon find your machine is clicking and showing signs of wear. I got my LEM (Leading Edge Machining) RC products on ebay - and they can be found quickly by typing in "LEM 1/10th scale Traxxas Summit".
Be aware.. this is a long and arduous process... expect to spend a few hours working on your truck if you decide to do this. But, the payoff is WORTH IT! Just remember with great patience, comes great rewards.
