My Running Routine | STRETCHES + OOTD ─ Kalyn Nicholson

My running routine as requested!
A couple things I noticed while editing that I want to touch on quick --
1. If you're new to running, please don't let these stats deter you!! It took me a while to work up the endurance to run at a faster pace without needing to stop (almost two years to be exact). There is no race, only you vs. you + the pavement and some good beats ❤
2. I've noticed a few comments on last fitness Friday videos about my body and I'm not going to play ignorant to it anymore. I just want to make a super coming-from-a-good-place friendly reminder that the size of someones body does not equate to their overall health and that yes, I am very aware that my body changed over the year but that right now I haven't felt this happy and healthy in a very long time. Concerns, while they are so greatly appreciated, are not needed. I take my health and overall wellness very seriously because I take my dreams and the moments of my life I want to arrive for very seriously. I have zero interest in arriving with anything other than boundless energy, a happy heart and a nourished mind.
I'm in the middle of working on an entire video dedicated to body image, especially growing up in todays world, that I think will cover all the comments I've been seeing ❤ Until then, please remember to listen to your body and take care of yourself.
When you are happiest and healthiest is when you are most beautiful.
